What is Allodial?
The word "allodial" is significant in the history of title to real estate, and that significance is carried forward by the mission of Allodial. The word itself originated as a means of describing the King's title to property in feudal times but later came to be identified as a superior title to which there could be no challenge. Our goal in every transaction is to provide superior title services which exceed our customers' expectations. We accomplish this goal by an unmatched attention to detail that is enhanced by our acumen in identifying the impact of each of those details. The professionals at Allodial possess a profound knowledge of both the important history that still impacts transactions today as well as the rapidly evolving aspects of the real estate and title industries. We put that expertise to your advantage to provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems.
